A week after visit I needed a sample inhaler because my refill was stuck in the mail. Within 15 minutes of talking to receptionist I had the needed sample. Just before that I saw Providence Primary Care receptionist and after much discussion she said someone would get back to me and didn't know when even though I told her I had COPD and had run out of inhalers and needed it to breathe. Many thanks to Dr Gerboth and his team for such prompt assistance.

Excellent care

Everyone was helpful and supportive, the front desk, the doctor's assistant, and the doctor. The x-ray was a follow up and Dr. Gerboth wanted to discuss the results in person. An exam corroborated what the x-ray showed. All good news. BTW The appointment flowed smoothly and quickly. From beginning at the front desk until I left the front door was, maybe, 15 minutes.

I should have gotten in sooner, perhaps I should have pressed more. The new clinic location waiting rooms were somewhat confusing. I feel that Dr. Gerboth assessed my situation properly and the treatment was effective.

He was in a hurry and didn't ask me for more information about my sickness and I felt that he could care less about me.

He was not very helpful. He did not seem interested in figuring out my unusual presentation of symptoms. I was able to push him to order tests.

Doc was very knowledgeable and showed concern for my condition and health. Appt. Was an excellent experience.

Doctor was attentive and patient and answered the many questions I had. It was easy to get in to see him quickly and follow up appointment was scheduled promptly.

While traveling to the appointment, the provider actually called and let me know that they had cancellations and I would be able to get in sooner than my appointment time. Was great news
