This was my first time going to the office building and had met the doctor for the 3rd time. She was very friendly, patience and already knew what was wrong with my skin. I have Lichen Planus in which I have never heard. She did biopsy on the same day and did everything she can to help me with so much patience. A really nice heart. But As an hearing impaired, they provide me interpreter via iPad. And the only issue is the iPad was heavy and didn't have a stand to hold the iPad. In another doctor visit, they use a stand like the blood pressure machine roll to hold the iPad. I had a little hard time holding and trying to look at the interpreter and doctor talking with a kinda of heavy iPad. Overall great.

I went to see Dr Roa because my Dermatologist could not see me.I was very surprised that l liked her, that she understood my concerns and when l left l felt like there's a solution to my issue. I will be going back to her!!

It is my second visit I saw Dr. Roa. She was very patience and knew what was wrong with my skin on my first visit. Did a biopsy on my first and saw her on the second visit. Gave me copy of my result and to try the medication for itchy/burn. Will be going for my 3rd soon. And this building is my 2nd time I came and everyone was great. I lives in [Location] and I was sent there per Urgent Care because in [Location] all were booked and I couldn't wait due to my skin health issues.

I switched from a model where I had a monthly fee to see a doctor and she would take care of everything. She did full body skin checks every year. When I switched to using my insurance, I had to piecemeal my care using different doctors. Most of the ones I've seen have been amazing.but this doctor and nurse acted like I was crazy when I said I was just there for a full body skin check. They asked if I thought I had skin cancer and is aid, no, but I also don't know what it would look like. They asked if maybe I just wanted an upper body only check and I said, I always used to get full body. So they begrudgingly did it. I'm not a doctor. How they heck am I supposed to know what's normal. I had other questions I decided not to ask because they acted like I was a burden. Never seeing this officeor doctor again.
