I scheduled an appointment online but when I got there, they had no record of me doing so. Fortunately another doctor was available as a walk in. That doctor was very good.

There wasn't any kind of bad experience to this visit. The doctor explained what she thought it could be; but, ordered blood work to rule out underlying conditions. She listened and explained things very simply. I would see her again without any thought.

Dr Dulay was, as usual, thorough and professional. She took her time with me and knew my medical history. Dr. Dulay's staff were also very efficient and professional. I was easily able to make my 6-month appointment thanks post-visit office staff.

After my visit I felt ok about all the areas of concern I had the doctor see but I have so many spots and areas I will probably need to see her again soon just for a peace of mind I wish there was a magic wand I could go over all my skin areas to be 100 % confident but also realize that isn't possible but hope one day that will be offered

Dr. Dulay was very professional, knowledgeable in her speciality, explained my condition and the appropriate medication needed. Had a great bedside manner. A few days after my appointment, my medication requires prior authorization. I sent Dr. Dulay a message and she immediately responded and contacted my pharmacy! That's excellent quality of service and care!

Good and caring service/

At 58 years old I have seen alot of Dr.'s over the years. If cloning was possible, Dr.Dulay should be in each specialty! I always feel seen, heard, and understood in her care. So relieved she is still seeing patients here!

The experience was very good.

Dr Dulay is a dermatologist. I consulted her due to a possible cancer spot. She was thorough and explained clearly. She did a biopsy of the spot and said she believes she removed all of it then. She told me when to expect results and then we would make a follow up appointment. It was quick and easy. I have been with Facey for several years and am very happy with them. My only complaint is that it takes 2 months to see Dr Dulay because she's only in this area every couple of months. Other than that I'm very happy with the experience.

Dr. Dulay treated my problems successfully and gave me good advice about seeing another specialist.

Dr Dulay possesses all the qualities that you would want from a doctor. She is friendly, compassionate, very optimistic and tenacious. She was more than willing to try different solutions to a long term problem. I wish there were more doctors, no just people, as nice as her. The front office is efficient and friendly and goes the extra distance just like Dr Dulay. There are closer dermatologists to me but the extra distance is well worth it.

I had to leave Facey for my Dermatology needs, and I had a terrible experience. I am so happy that Dr. Dulay is back in town at least for 1 week of the month. WE need more derms in the FAcey network. She is a wonderful doctor!

Dr Dulay is very very friendly, respectful, insightful and she is my very favorite doctors ever! I have had at least 4 semi to serious procedures with her and she conveyed such a great attitude. She also makes sure that everything is understood by my overwhelmed sense. AND the front office is as smooth an operation as I've ever seen. I have closer dermatologists available but she is worth the drive.
