About Alden W. Holmes
Dr. Alden Holmes is a newly practicing dermatologist with St. Jude Heritage Medical Group. He grew up in Yorba Linda and went to Esperanza High School. He completed medical school at UC Riverside School of Medicine before finishing his internship at Riverside Community Hospital and residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Dr. Holmes is passionate about improving his patient's quality of life by taking a serious approach to their skin concerns. He is also passionate about treating skin cancer and optimizing practices to minimize skin cancer occurrence. Dr. Holmes' philosophy of care is treating to treat his patients as if he is treating a friend or family member. In his free time, Dr. Holmes enjoys camping and visiting national parks.

The only problem I had was waiting until [Date] to have it removed. I didn't feel that my life wa in danger but 4 mos. I thought was a long time. Anyhow, I had it removed. No problem there. This is the second time I saw this provider for some skin issues I was concerned about. I asked my doctor for a referral to a female to get a complete body check for moles, but my appointment was changed back to Dr. Holmes. Neither time that I saw him did he initiates an exam, and only asked me to show him areas I was concerned with. Not being a dermatologist, I don't know what's unusual and I cannot see what's on my back. I will not return to this doctor in the future, and instead work harder to see a female for a complete body check.
