All the people at this office were kind, courteous and helpful and took my "anxiousness" out of the visit. I felt all were very caring, especially to those of us who have White Coat Syndrome. They moved up my appointment, within a couple of days of scheduling a December appointment. It's nice to know the system works when being put on a wait list to move up an appointment.

The care provider by Dr Zhu and his staff is some of the very best I have had - professional and respectful. But I do not like how far out he Is booked. Fortunately, I have not had any issues that have required me to return, but it does concern me.

The medical assistant and the provider I saw at Sunset dermatology, including the front desk and check out person. We're all great. They were very friendly. They explained everything to me, including the procedure that aftercare Dr. Sue presented what was going to happen in the next steps in a way so that they could be easily understood. The medical assistant was very friendly. She reviewed my medications and my medical history with me. She then after the procedure let me know how I needed to take care of the wound and when to come back for suture removal, the lady at the scheduling desk for my suture removal appointment was very friendly very knowledgeable.

I really like this doctor. He is knowledgeable, kind, polite and respectful. Empathetic and also probably saved my life.

I really appreciate Dr. Zhu. He always listens intently and explains in detail what he believes is going on. He helped me a year ago by pointing me in the direction of what he thought may be a root cause of a rash I had. Without his guidance, I do not know how long it would have taken me and my PCP to figure out what underlying issue was occurring. I truly appreciate his insightfulness and care.

Getting in to see Dr.Zhu is challenging because there are not enough dermatologists. (I recommended him to friends, but getting in to be part of the practice didn't happen.The great thing is that Dr.Zhu is very responsive to my chart messages and pictures.He also communicates with kindness, expertise and thoroughness. He asks clarifying questions and is very thoughtful.

Dr. Zho had an amazing bedside manner. It took six months to get an appointment, that's not acceptable.

I thought Alex was amazing. He explained everything he was doing very well and helped ease my nerves about the biopsy I got. My partner who works in healthcare listened in on the appointment and she agreed that he was fantastic and well spoken. I would definitely schedule another appointment with him in particular if something skin wise came up.

Dr. zoo and his medical assistant were fabulous. They explained everything to me when I got there. They had everything set up to do the biopsies. They were so friendly so courteous the room was clean Nate. They answered all my questions they were fabulous doctors. They both deserve 10 stars if possible

Zhu was incredible. He was thorough and unassuming. He took the time to understand my full history up to that point and he was the first person to provide me with an accurate diagnosis and an effective treatment plan. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and informed me of both the main treatment path and any back up treatment paths in case symptoms worsened.

I love Dr. Zhu. He's doing a great job. He saw a report on me from another doc re my recent visit there, and spotted a clue which explained my mysterious ailment, and got me in for treatment the same day!!!!PS - on final question, I was sad to see that the telephone number I gave you showed up as ten digits with no spacing. THAT'S TOO HARD for old people to read to see if they typed it correctly!

Dr Zhu is knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The scheduling was booked way out initially but because of a waitlist system I was able to be seen right away. Mychart and providence apps are a bit confusing but if consolidated if is extremely convenient.

I liked the provider. He listened and was kind and explained everything he was going to do.

I had a difficult time in the past that I could not get the medication from my pharmacy because my primary doctor and Dr. Zhu both placed the same prescription to my pharmacy. My insurance company refused to the over order and I could not get any refills.. I contacted both doctors but the problem was never solved. Dr. Zhu is a very good doctor. He is a good listener. He reviewed my records from my previous dermatologist. He understands my problems and provides good solutions to help me. On this visit, he took care my insurance company problem. I would recommend him to others.

I can, without reservation, recommend Dr. Zhu and all who work with him. He is kind, considerate, compassionate, patient, proactive and very thorough. The same is true of all the personnel at this practice. The greatest compliment I can offer him and his co-workers is that I consider myself VERY fortunate to be under their care.

I was extremely impressed with the level of care by the entire team from the office staff to the nurses and doctor. They listened and I felt like they actually heard what I was saying. The Dr examined my face, and explained the condition in detail as well as discussing a variety of treatment options. I've seen a non-Providence derm for my last few visits and haven't felt like they listened or cared about my concerns. My time with the provider has been 5-7 minutes and it felt rushed. I was extremely happy with the care I received at sunset dermatology. I can't thank the team enough for taking time with me as a patient.

As a new patient my appointment was 5 month out from when I called in, which was too long.Dr Zhu was very helpful and effective, he performed the procedure of removing the raised lesion (I came in for) in the same visit, which I appreciate a lot!!
