About Lisa S. Turner
Dr. Lisa Turner believes that when it comes to patient care, no concern is too small. She feels that as a dermatologist, she can do much to improve the quality of life for her patients. "It's really rewarding to see patients who are happy because their skin is improved," she says.
Dr. Turner earned her undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York and her medical degree from the University of Chicago. She also completed her residency in dermatology at the University of Chicago. Following her residency she practiced in Chicago for three years as part of a group affiliated with Northwestern University.
Outside the office, Dr. Turner enjoys spending time with her family. Her favorite activities include running, skiing and dancing.

She generally does a very good job of listening to my concern or problem, but almost always seems to be in a rush and leaves me a bit concerned about her need to be done and need to be off to see her next patient. I know that she has a busy practice and has always given me good attention to my skin problems, but seems to be short of time. I have been one of her patients, as have been my wife and son, and they have a had good feeling about her care, as do I, but they too feel that she seems hurried with her appointment.

She discovered Melanoma on my back in 2007 and got me right in to a Providence surgeon.
