Dr. Liu is terrific. I have complete confidence in her clinical skills and judgment. She is personable, informal, yet efficient. My primary care internist at PacMed retired, and being unfamiliar with other providers at the Cherry Hill Family Medicine Clinic chose to leave PMC and now go to a UW General Internal Medicine Clinic for primary care and most specialty care. However, because I am so fond of Dr Liu, will remain under her care for regular skin monitoring as I have had a skin cancer in the past.

Dr Lui is a huge asset to the PacMed staff. She and her staff definitely went above and beyond getting me in to see her in a timely manner, and providing the highest level of care during my appointment with her, e.g. She did a full body exam even tho I was only scheduled for an exam of two specific areas of concern. Her attitude and general approach were positive, informative, respectful and caring.

This appointment went very smoothly. It was 1st thing in the morning.

I am very pleased with the care I get from Dr Liu and I hope to be able to continue to keep her as my regular dermatologist for the foreseeable future. She performs very thorough exams and is comfortingly cautious about potentially harmful Irregularities. On several occasions, I had a growth I was concerned about, and she ordered biopsies on both occasions. I was also especially appreciative for her responding to messages with photos when I was out of the country in a remote location and experiencing an alarming rash. Her response was very reassuring at a stressful time.

The provider was great. The wait time for the appointment not so much. I made the appointment in october and the soonest I could be seen was the end of janurary. But that is an institutional issue and not the provider.
