I love all my care providers at Kadlec. My primary care provider at Kadlec Southridge left recently but the doctor that took her place made me feel very comfortable so I'm very happy with her.

Provider was close to an hour late but took her time with me and was not rushed

The provider and staff were very friendly. I felt at ease with them from the start to the finish. The only reason I had to wait was that they had an emergency just before my appointment. I was taken to the exam room right away.

Generally good communication

I am located in walla walla and there are no dermatologists that accept my insurance that are accepting new patients. I wasn't thrilled with having to go to Richland for medical care but after meeting Nicole Mulkey and her team, I am so glad that I will be working with her. She was so pleasant and nice to walk with. She made me feel very comfortable, especially while having to show my body/skin, and made me feel very understood. She showed a great amount of compassion for the autoimmune symptoms I have been experiencing and I felt like she was going above and beyond in her care. I'm very excited to start this new journey with Nicole even if it will require commuting from walla walla

The care I received from this practitioner has always been a positive and comfortable visit. I appreciate her bedside manners and have recommended an acquaintance who Is In the process of being referred. I make a yearly visit to her to have a full body examination or to address any concerns that may arise before my scheduled visit. I can experience anxiety when it comes to a doctor visit, but this hasn't been a problem for me as I leave her office feeling healthy and confident about my skin condition.

I feel rather fortunate to have Nicole Mulkey as my dermatologist - and she now also counts my wife as a patient.

I Left each of those appointments feeling bad about myself and depressed. This provider was not like that at all. This provider was very supportive, encouraging and understanding.

All of my experiences with my care provider have been excellent.

Nicole and her team are the BEST! I actually enjoy my visits due to Nicole's affable personality and for her thorough examination for precancerous spots on my skin.

The ease of the visit from walking in the office door to Dr visit to being escorted out to make new appointments to leaving is pleasant and comfortable.

Both the provider and medical assistant were very kind and respectful! I felt heard and understood. I feel confident in the plan and left the visit less stressed and guided on what is currently happening and how to gain control over it and what to do for future flare ups

I have been going to Nicole for years. She is capable and caring. She is also cute, and her sense of humor is almost as crazy as mine.
