Tana Blodgett-Roush, MS, RD

Tana Blodgett-Roush is a registered dietitian with the Providence Center for Weight Management. She began her health care journey at Oregon State University where she earned a degree in nutrition and went on to receive a master's in professional Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship at Oregon State University.

Tana has been practicing since 2025 focusing on sustainable behavior change, metabolic health and the intersection of weight concerns with disordered eating patterns. Her practice emphasizes trauma‑informed, evidence‑based care and she believes that patients can build trust with their bodies and make meaningful progress without shame or restriction. Tana is especially passionate about caring for individuals who feel stuck in the cycle of dieting, emotional eating or chronic weight‑related stress, helping them clarify goals and create a healthier relationship with food.

Outside of work, Tana enjoys painting, reading, swimming, and exploring new cities and the outdoors with her family.
