Dr. Counts is knowledgeable about health issues and when he's not sure about something he consults with one of his associates. He's always very thorough and has been a big help to me in managing my health issues.

I've always got the best character could get and I always was able to get in as soon as I could with my issues and I know they are a lot and I know I'm a pain in the ass but it's just life thank you very much people in this office are wonderful all of them

My experience with David on this appointment was all good. I came with concerns about a numb feeling on the tip of my thumb. David listened to everything that I shared, including lots of assumptions on my part about what may have caused this, many of which I laughed at later; however, David listened carefully and professionally. By the end of the appointment I was feeling comfortable with his assessment and recommendations and what to expect as it heals. I think David did a very good job, and I would recommend him.

I don't like sitting in a room for a long time waiting to be seen by provider. However this last appointment, he was there in a short time. I love that. He always listens closely and intently and will allow me say first if I had something to say

This was my first time seeing David and I thought he was very professional and knowledgeable concerning my care. He was thorough and his examination and empathetic concerning my recent health events (c-section) and my apprehensions surrounding the condition I was seeing him about which was a blood clot in my leg. I told my family that I would most likely be switching primary care to his office because of the great care I received.

Counts was very good during my visits listening to my concerns and taking appropriate actions. He followed up with me on all details as needed. I will continue to use him as needed vs others in the group. Really enjoyed working with him.

When scheduling an appointment with my primary care physician's office, I generally choose physicians assistant David Counts as he provides me with the best care I've received. He's well-versed in my medical history and always provides me with the proper care that helps me feel my best. He deserves accolades for his consistent thorough care he provides to his patients. I've even heard from other members of the community such as the pharmacists assistant at the pharmacy. I use say that he is their preferred care provider as well.
