This was my first visit with this providerr and I found her to be very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and a calming influence. I learned a lot aout my situation and feel much more confident about the future and how to deal with any further incidences.

Even though being there was not good, I was treated in a professional way, with my care being important to the clinic and my family.

Good experience overall

There was a lengthy phone wait to schedule the appointment, but I received very good, friendly and knowledgeable care during the appointment. The NP was a great listener, gave options and advice, answered all questions satisfactorily. I did have a question after the appointment that I will address in the My Chart system.

I really liked this provider. I felt comfortable asking any questions. She gave me good, informative information. She seemed to really care about me and my health. Though she was very busy she made me feel like she had all the time for 'me' that I needed.

They're very helpful!

She spoke very clearly and loud enough so that I didn't have any difficulty hearing even though I have a hearing disability.

Lisa is part of my CARDIAC team, so I'm not sure all of the questions in this survey actually relate to this visit or practitioner. As far as Cardiac care, I feel so lucky to be getting such excellent care, both physical and mental well being.

I have the greatest team ever

This was a follow-up visit to an associate of a cardiologist I met in a previous visit. The cardiologist had ordered a test, and I agreed to see the associate to discuss the results. Lisa Enger's care was as exceptional as I can imagine possible, along every axis. She understood my concerns and gave feedback that respected the complexity of my needs. Lisa left me feeling healthier and capable of managing my health and wellness.

I appreciated the team working to get me in as my appointment was mistakenly made at another office and I showed up to the one I was told to be at and the one I had previously been to. I waited weeks to get in and live 2 hours away and appreciated that they got me in..in spite of everything. Then nurse practitioner was amazing even though I was scheduled to see my cardiologist's PA
