About Melissa L. Kilian

Melissa began her nursing career at age 24 as an RN in a large teaching hospital, spending nine years primarily in the ICU. She later earned her BS/MS degrees and transitioned into her role as a Nurse Practitioner. For the past 22 years, Melissa has provided care in diverse settings across the country.

She believes her most important role as a provider is building a trusting relationship with patients—working together to support each person’s health and wellness journey.

Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, Melissa is a proud Bills fan and an avid sports enthusiast. She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, especially hiking.
