About Akruti Singh
Dr. Singh's philosophy is to listen first and meet patients where they are, recognizing that every person's health journey is unique. She values educating her patients, then working collaboratively with them to find a care plan that fits their personal goals. She enjoys the full spectrum of endocrinology but is especially passionate about diabetes technology and adrenal disorders. After graduating with honors from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Dr. Singh attended Drexel University College of Medicine for her M.D. She subsequently completed Internal Medicine residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, followed by Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism fellowship at University of Texas Southwestern. Before traveling the country for her studies and training, Dr. Singh grew up in the Los Angeles area, and is excited to bring her clinical skills back to her community.
