Sarita was very nice. Got the IV started easily. The remainder of the infusion was handled by her assistant. It would have been better if Sarita came back once the infusion was done to see if there were questions.

Provider and assistant were very nice. I greatly appreciated their kind attitude and making me feel comfortable during my first reclase infusion. Front desk girls had a bit of an attitude and impatience. The girl that handled my appointment was understood my concerns and worked with me to satisfy my needs.

Entire experience was very efficient and I was cared for with concern and compassion.

Sarita Dhakal was amazing. I had a medical emergency during the procedure, and she helped me through it until the ambulance arrived. Additionally, her write-up in MyChart as to what happened describes the situation perfectly as to what I can recall. I truly appreciate all she did for me that day. I'm sure it was a very stressful situation for her and those that assisted her. I am truly grateful and thankful of the care she provided me.
