Dr is apathetic. I gad major surgery in July. Have seen this provider twice since surgery. Not once has she asked how I'm doing since my surgery. Just looks at the labs, checks the boxes, refills/adjusts Rx and send me on my way. No compassion, no suggestions just follows the script.

In regards to my medical visits with Dr. Diaz, I have nothing but gratitude and praise for her professionalism and the excellent care that I always receive whenever I have appointments with her. She listens intently to my concerns and with her, I feel that we actually work together as a team to come to whatever treatment plan works best for my health. Dr. Diaz comes across as as emphatic, honestly, respectful, intelligent and highly professional. She is a gem!

This care provider has determined that my medical situation has improved to the extent that I should be followed by my PCP and no longer need to be followed by her.

I am very pleased with the time she spent with me and when above and beyond more than what other doctors have done in the past. He was very difficult to get an appointment so I had to wait a little bit longer, but it was worth the wait.

I recently had surgery at SJO and had to reschedule my endo appt. I called the office & spoke to the medical asst and specifically asked her to tell the doctor that I had surgery and to please be familiar with my condition. At my appt a week later she had no clue about the surgery and failed to update herself while we were talking.
