I'm new to this group but so far completely satisfied.

Extremely knowledgeable and caring about my condition and will follow up with lab work and best medication.

My provider simply tried to get me on the latest medication/technology instead of listening to why certain tech works for me and why certain ones don't. Seemed like they just wanted me to be on the latest technology to make their jobs easier, no regard for how the experience actually is day to day managing with technology. Newer isn't always better. At the same time, was very critical of choices or preferences I had for, again, seemingly no reason other than may make their job harder to track my numbers.

My care provider always gives me enough time when we discuss my health problem. I do appreciate that.

My provider is very informative & knowledgeable. Explains everything, so I can understand what's it's all about, what I need to know about it & what's the best way to go about making myself a lot more healthier.

I am a retired orthopedic surgeon, so I know what a good doctor must do.Dr Knox has only been in practice for a short time, but it is obvious that she is very well trained and has a clear understanding of what a good doctor must do and how to do it. I am very pleased with the care she gives me and the way she explains every thing I need to know. I think she has great potential and is a real asset to your service.

This appointment was thorough, not rushed and very attentive to my questions. Dr Knox treated me with respect and explained my options along with her recommendations. She gave the decision back to me with a follow up appointment and lab work. I felt very listened to and respected.

Dr. Knox is quite impressive. I had my sister with me that is a retired nurse. She worked well with my sister and was quite specific on my condition. A former nurse practitioner seemed to think I had a limited time to live. Dr. Knox assured me that if I followed directions I can live longer and happier. One of the best Doctors I've ever had.

The staff and receptionist were friendly and very helpful! The doctor was friendly and explained things and made it easy to understand things!

I was Very Pleased w/ my Dr. She was Very Personable & yet Very Professional at the same time? She Explained things in a way that were easy to understand but not like she was treating you as dumb? We Left with a Plan of action to be able to discuss w/ our other Dr. Regarding my Surgery, (which is why we had come to see the Dr. About my bone issues? Prior to surgery) So Now we have The info We Need to go forward? And things to Start implementing at home to help strengthen my bones also? We were Very Apreciiative for the time she took w/ us? As it is a Lot, to take in? I would Highly Recommend her to Anyone!!

I am 80 years old and new to the area. I needed to find new doctors. I moved here in January and am still seeing doctors for the 1st time, that is how long it has taken to get an appointment.

Dr. Knox was very helpful and explained what condition my bones are. She helped guide me through the options for treatment but left the decision to me. I appreciate that.

Dr. Knox is an intent and active listener, takes the time to field my questions and concerns, and acknowledges them as valuable. Dr. Knox is good at explaining things and answers my many questions with ease, which is great since I don't necessarily understand the medical terminology!
