Dr. Austin gave me a clear explanation of my condition. She discussed potential treatments and possible solutions. She was caring and personable. The only negative was the three month wait time for an appointment.

I have seen Dr Austin several times since and she is always very professional and treats me with respect and speaks to me like a human being. Grace was understanding and she understood my concerns. However It is taking a long time to get a referral to an audiogram. But other than that, my provider was great, she was understanding, kind and respectful. I am willing to come back for another visit.
