Dr Miller was kind and listen to my concerns. The comment that has stuck with me is that she said (regarding test results), "do not assume that no news is good news. If you do not hear from me regarding any test results that means that I did not see the results. I will always contact you regardless of the results being good or bad" I liked that.

It's been years since I've seen a family doctor for a check up. I was anxious about the appointment but both the nurse and doctor were kind and made me feel at ease. I appreciated both their kindness.

This was our first meeting with Dr. Millerand we asked her to become my & my husband's primary-care Doctor( and she accepted) . And we are having all our medical records transferred to her office.

My appointment was to establish care with a physician in Eagle River. The facility was nice and relaxing with friendly staff at the front desk. I was impressed with Jess the medical assistant. She was friendly and kind. Dr. Miller was an exceptional listener and super knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns.

Dr. Miller gives me confidence that my current course of treatment will be successful. She is aware of my specialist providers and their approaches to my healthcare and she provides coordination of those treatment strategies.

This was my first time seeing this provider, and they listened to me and recommended basic labs that helped me discover something that could improve my life related to my chronic tiredness, whereas other providers told me it was only anxiety.

Dr. Miller is willing to order routine lab work before a planned annual physical so results can be reviewed at exam time. Saves a second contact.

We love going to the new clinic in Eagle River where we live and our new doctor was very friendly and professional.

Only one recommendation would be that your financial assistance employees should approach to problem solving with empathy and sympathy on hand of given financial conditions, patients satisfaction should be their number one priority.

I appreciate the kind attention to my concerns

My visit was to establish new PCP care with Dr. Miller. She was very warm and friendly, and had obviously reviewed my medical history prior to our meeting. She listened well and responded appropriately and with care to my questions and concerns, adding labs and helping with prescriptions when appropriate. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to having a PCP for the first time in many years!

I was impressed when Dr. Miller called me at home hours after my appointment asking how was I doing, and again went over the results of my blood draw. Genuinely impressed that she took time to check on me, asking how I was feeling.

Dr Miller came highly recommended as a primary care physician. I was not disappointed in talking and discussing my health issues with her during thus first appointment. Dr Miller seemed to care and be interested in me and my health.
