I was extremely impressed with this visit. I had to wait to see the doctor in person for about three months but it was worth it. I don't think the doctor is responsible for the long wait for the appointment. She id using her RN in a very intelligent way. She had me describe/discuss my concerns in detail, then went and reported to Dr. Pitzer who came in and spent sufficient time with me to clarify some things and then discuss in detail her recommendations.

I have been see Dr. Pitzer for a long time and I would rate her as one of the finest family physicians.

This is very difficult because I am presently being treated for lung cancer. Just establishing with Dr. Pitsor at this point for Internal medicine to fill my prescriptions. First time I have been to this doctor. She is also my husband's Internal Medicine doctor and he has been very pleased with her. I am being seen by several doctors in the Provident plan. I feel like they are an answer to prayer for me. Dr. Maurice is the most outstanding doctor and Dr. Hojjati is wonderful. She was the one who discovered I had a serious problem and sent me to doctor Spector and to Dr. Maurice. I am currently on chemo praying for a good outcome.

Fantastic doc dr jo pitzer!!

This was a new patient visit and I am very impressed. I had a very bad experience previously with another office so I'm glad to have found my new health care provider with Dr. Pitzer!

I don't feel like Dr Pitzer listened to my concerns or gave me helpful advise. I think I am having hormonal issues with period changes, acne, hair loss, itchy dry skin, weight gain loss, I am tired all of the time, have anxiety and trouble sleeping. She recommended I see a cognitive therapist. I understand this will help with anxiety but it felt like she was saying all it was all in my head. She made no other recommendations for my physical issues. I asked for hormonal blood tests and she said that would be a waste of time. She is checking my Thyroid but it's the same test that she ordered last year. I left feeling unheard and frustrated.

Dr Pitzer is one-of-a-kind. She's kind, understanding, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She gets a 10/10 all of the time. She's also extremely responsive to messages on the mychart app. My only negative would be that it was not/and Is not easy to get an appointment with her. I feel like I'm always pushed into taking an appointment with a PA instead of my primary/Pitzer.
