I appreciated being able to have a visit online. Because my daughter is autistic and I would have had to bring her with me . Doctor was very polite and helpful.

With Dr. Shahatit I felt heard. Other providers with this group were always rushing. Other Drs should have sent me out months or years ago for certain tests and never did, but he sent me out for them. He has given me excellent care.

Everything went pretty good. I had no issues at the office but for my prescription I was missing one, other than that I'm gonna like this office. Thank you.

Dr. Shahatit is one of the best doctors in the desert and has helped me tremendously into getting healthy and addressing all of my health issues. It's difficult getting an appointment with but that is Not his fault in any way. That is the fault of the fact that the high desert does not have enough medical support for the the community.

Experts with his profession & knows how to treat the problems

Bashar Shahatit in his function and purpose in to patients, satisfies most if not all questions especially of procedural adherence and care quality to an acceptable level of performance. He's a good primary doctor. I dislike that he is connected to a care group, making it difficult to reach him for questions directly. My dad is able to get questions answered after office hours but before late into night time. I cannot get questions answered from this office or care provider after hours.

The only thing I have to say is that virtual reality hook up on the phone whatever it's called I don't know how to do it and I prefer using the phone as we always did other than that. Everything else has been perfect.
