I have not been to the doctor in over 10 years. After this visit, I'm actually considering changing from Facey, which I've been a member since I was a little kid. I made an appointment while my wife forced me to make an appointment. The check-in process was quick. We got in the in the room quickly then the doctor walks in. I said good morning. She just ignored me and sat down typed on the computer while we sat in awkward silence. She checked my breathing and my heart didn't say anything asked me if I was having any problems. I said no she said the nurse practitioner will be in to see you and got up and walked out. Everybody else was friendly, but I'm not going back to that doctor. I am so glad my wife was in the room with me to go through that experience because she wouldn't believe me. Unfortunately, there's not very many options in that office so changing providers is probably the best thing for me

The office was quick to get me an appointment and seen which was great. The provider was not very welcoming for this being her first time meeting me. She spent a total of 2 minutes with me and referred me to a specialist. Didn't ask if I needed an excused from work note or anything. It didn't seem like she cared about me or my injury.

Dr. Silers is by far the best doctor I have ever had! She is extremely attentive and always follows up with me on my progress.

It was easy

My care provider didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Very distant and cold with her demeanor, I will be switching my primary provider.

She is a new doctor to me and I think she is very personal and professional very happy with her.

Dr. Siler was very helpful and coming up with new ways to treat me to make me healthier.

Great experience

I'm new to Facey. This was my first visit with Dr. Siler. She had been referred to me by a friend who told me that she's young and familiar with up to date medical knowledge, and she takes the time to listen to her patients. I totally agree. She is an excellent doctor. I'm glad my friend recommended her.

Dr Siler definitely ordered tests. I made a mistake in that question she ordered a bone scan and other tests to be done. I thought she was fabulous. She listened to what I had to say. She checked the meds I was on. She is a fabulous doctor.!!

Dr. Siler is the first physician I've seen in almost two years. My first appointment was early this month. She is fantastic. The staff is wonderful. They listened to me, and they were so efficient, I never knew that this experience could be as good as this. I am beyond happy. When you come to Facey, you can expect the best treatment.

It was just for RX refills. It went well.

Doesn't have ability to provide care to elderly. Not empathetic and lacks good bed side manners.

Overall my dr spent more time on computer. But did listen and talk. She looked at my charts. And basically said goodbye .

Dr Siler has a comforting and calm demeanor. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Awesome provider

Dr. Siler was very impersonal and seemed annoyed by my questions during our visit. From her cold greeting to pushing back on each topic/area of concern (for example I'd just had a biopsy & asked to discuss "next steps", since thankfully the results were benign, how often to follow up/check on thyroid, what to do moving forward, etc). Dismissively, she advised me to discuss w/ the endocrinologist. There were other questions I had related to a chest/breathing/swallowing Issue I had previously and she just kept shrugging. At one point she sucked her teeth and soon after that, I walked out. I let her know she was cold and unprofessional. I've never (ever) thought to walk out of a doctor's appointment. Very disappointing.

My providers pays attention and cares about my well being

This was the first time we saw Dr. Siler and she showed lack of care and attention. It seemed that she did not want to be there with us. She was withdrawn and hard to speak to. We could not wait to leave the office and see another doctor. We will never agree to see her again. What a waste of time.

Doctor was attentive and knowledgeable.. The front desk reception was friendly! And extremely helpful!

I would expect that the care giver would be willing to ask more questions regarding my condition. I was hardly examined for what I had and provided with prescription. I would expect better examination before any recommendation or prescription. Also, any recommendations provided hardly made any difference to my condition.

The provider was nice, but I felt like my concern was not fully addressed. Many assumptions were made and after leaving, I realized that there should have been a more thorough exam for the concern that I was there investigating.

Very fortunate to have such an awesome doctor that truly cares

Dr. Siler is easy to talk to and voice my concerns. She gave me great advice on what I can do to get my A1c down. So that I wouldn't have to rely on medication to control it.
