My experience was amazing, I have nothing to complain about

Dr. Siler does not gave a good bedside manner and she comes across as very cold and impersonal.

The appointment went fairly well. Not long of a wait time.

The doctor and team were very helpful and respectful. The doctor and team made me feel very welcomed and they were concerned on how I was feeling

Everything is been good so far

I would expect that the care giver would be willing to ask more questions regarding my condition. I was hardly examined for what I had and provided with prescription. I would expect better examination before any recommendation or prescription. Also, any recommendations provided hardly made any difference to my condition.

The provider was nice, but I felt like my concern was not fully addressed. Many assumptions were made and after leaving, I realized that there should have been a more thorough exam for the concern that I was there investigating.

Dr. Siler is easy to talk to and voice my concerns. She gave me great advice on what I can do to get my A1c down. So that I wouldn't have to rely on medication to control it.
