Sai Tanna and team are the best!

I am a new patient. I needed to refill 2rxs that requires doctor and insurance authorization. My insurance is also new and I knew that I might have a problem with the first refill. My RX was sent to pharmacy on Tuesday and I got it on Friday. I did have to call insurance company and the doctor once. I am very pleased how everyone helped me get what I needed. Thank you

Sometimes says she will find out something and get back to me. This does not always happen. Very good at making sure that my prescriptions are filled. Very personable and good listener.

She is very comfortable for me to talk to about any of my health concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with her as my Primary Care person.

When I came for my appointment the front desk told me that my appointment had been canceled. I was shaken a little. The front desk person did a terrific job of acknowledging my stress and informed me she would see her supervisor and clear up the confusion. She didn't promise me she could get me in..but would do her best. Fortunately she was able to get my appointment reinstated. I was able to see my care giver and from that point everything went smoothly.

No bad experiences. I did go to Ugent Care regarding this health issue as I felt I needed to be seen sooner than the first available appointment with Providence.

I was supposed to have a procedure that day that never happened. Doctor left to find out some information, and I waited, and the nurse came in and said that I could wait or go home, and they call us when he has information, never received a call

All my experiences went well and efficiently.

Very kind and listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed.

Have always had excellent care

I was very impressed with this office. I can see my lab results and noticed that a few were abnormal and am waiting for someone to call me and discuss them to get on a path of improved health.

Sai is very attentive during my appt. She also has amazingly quick follow through with referrals and calling in new prescriptions. My previous experience with a different medical facility pales in comparison.
