No bad experiences. I did go to Ugent Care regarding this health issue as I felt I needed to be seen sooner than the first available appointment with Providence.

I was supposed to have a procedure that day that never happened. Doctor left to find out some information, and I waited, and the nurse came in and said that I could wait or go home, and they call us when he has information, never received a call

All my experiences went well and efficiently.

Very kind and listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed.

Have always had excellent care

I was very impressed with this office. I can see my lab results and noticed that a few were abnormal and am waiting for someone to call me and discuss them to get on a path of improved health.

Sai is very attentive during my appt. She also has amazingly quick follow through with referrals and calling in new prescriptions. My previous experience with a different medical facility pales in comparison.

Sai Tanni and her staff are experienced and professional. I feel better than I have in months. She always scheduled my appointments timely and reviews prescriptions regularly. I have recommended her to friends as a great person to see.

Listened to my concerns

All my visits with Sai Tanna have been excellent. I think the last time I took this survey, I said that we never talked about my prescription drugs. I didn't discuss my medications, but the caretaking team always asked me which ones I was taking and whether there had been any changes to the medications or doses. I just thought I should clear that up to be sure that you understand that my healthcare team is doing an excellent job.

Sai shows concern, knowledge and compassion for me and my family. I'm proud to have her as our medical provider. I have already recommended her to another family member.

This team, Sai and her office nurse are phenomenal. I'm so glad we see them as our regular medical practice.

Sai was great. I was very anxious and she listened to me and told me all the ways she could help find answers for me. She responded to my test results and got me referrals to help understand my issues. She's not my regular doctor but I would be happy to see her again if need be.

This was my first visit with Sai Tanna as I'm establishing a transfer of care from retired Dr. Abels. I was very satisfied with our "meet and greet" appointment and am looking forward to continuing with her as my primary care giver. The front desk caregivers were just extremely helpful and kind. The Medical Assistant was ready for me only minutes after I checked in and was friendly. Sai listened to my concerns and provided an informed decision and referred me to follow up care for my concern. Overall, I had a good experience.

I quite literally have never recommended a health care provider to anybody, because honestly I've never had a good one. Until my current provider. I have now recommended her to many. I honestly appreciate that she seems more relatable/honest/attentive.
