All the care team is very helpful and very respectful.

Had to wait 45 min to see Dr Auo. He didn't seem to be in any hurry to see me. He seemed more interested in socializing with his staff before and after my appt. Never apologized for my long wait either. Was frustrating.

I had never seen Dr.Aou before but I liked how he listened to my reason for the visit. He explained everything to me and I appreciated the time he took with me. Also his nurses were very kind and friendly.

Dr Aou is the BEST

My visit was useless. The doctor did not provide any helpful information at all. He just recommended I go see a specialist, which I had already scheduled an appointment.

I felt this provider was trying to push off my concerns to other providers. He made statements like "follow up with your OB/GYN about this" when I had specifically told him that my OB/GYN had told me to follow up with my PCP for this issue.

Overall, the initial call from staff communicated information well. I completed the registration and payment prior to visit to ensure a timely appointment. The staff attempted to connect me to the doctor's nurse and said they were running a bit behind and someone would call me back. When no one called me I signed into the zoom room to wait. The doctor connected after approximately a 45-50 minute wait. After a bit of back and forth between the doctor I gave up on addressing my other concerns because I didn't feel my initial concern was understood. I was told his nurse would follow-up on one of my concerns however I never heard back from the office.

Didn't want to try to obtain referrals or specific medication for my concerns over fatty liver and weight gain. Basically said nothing he could do

I find Dr Aou knowledgeable and caring. Couldn't be happier.

The actual time spent with the Dr. Was very brief. Did not seem that the Dr. Read my pre-physical survey/information or health concern form.

I am very satisfied with the team and service

It felt like my time with the him was very short. I went in for a check up as well as some other things: wart removal, loss of breath, achilies tear.All we did was the wart removal and provide me with therapy sessions. I am appreciative of those, but I figured there would be more to this visit. Maybe even adding just a check up.

Very nice and pleasant to work with

This was supposed to a wellness exam. Literally all they did was take my blood pressure. This was a complete waste of my time.

I love Dr. Aou - he's amazing.

Lack of empathy is making me look for another physician

We have a 25 year relationship with this Dr so I think he knows us very well.

Over the years, Dr. Christopher Aou seems to be busier and getting an immediate appointment isn't as easy as it use to be...However, when you do get to see him, he's very thorough and does not hesitate to refer you to a Specialist (if required), get all the necessary test(s) completed (if applicable) and bring you up to date with care and/or medication (moving forward); including follow ups.

Dr. Aou and his staff are always very professional and friendly, Dr. Aou has been my PCP since I go to St. Jude

Nothing negative to report about this provider.He gives very good service and is an excellent provider.
