McKenzie is probably the best medical provider in that whole clinic! She listens takes ample time to address most of your concerns and I appreciate that she seems to care, not wasting time trying to record the visit! She shows respect and dignity to her patients!!!

Nurse practitioner Donna McKenzie is very good at what she do as far as I am concerned she's the first doctor or nurse practitioner that I've had that's spent the time to go over all my information and check me out thoroughly whenever I come there and I was very pleased with her services and the interest that she showed me

Donna took the time to review my history and concerns and talked in detail about each of my concerns. She was attentive and gave great feedback. Donna ordered follow up services and labs and was helpful to me by explaining the reasons for each of these orders. She spent a great deal of time with me, looking at me as a whole person.

Donna always listens to your concerns and is very patient and thorough. The Appointment never feels rushed, unlike a lot of other providers.

It was really good I was hesitatnt at first as she can be a little harse or foward, howeard all was going great it felt at the end she concentrated on my weight and I have been ahving issues with my weight and she was a little debbi downer

I'd like to add in your survey you're asking if we've contacted if we called the medical team. But you neglected to add if we sent an email message. I usually send messages through my chart and I do it quite often so you need to add that to the survey. I think Donna McKenzie is absolutely wonderful. Her patience her professionalism and she really cares about me and I feel it and I feel so at peace knowing she's on my side and looking out for me. This office is very well run and extremely helpful and friendly. My only concern is that it is difficult to get an appointment if you have a medical condition that can't wait 2-3 months.

Very helpful for the reason I came in for!

She always makes you feel like you are the only patient-that she has that day. She always has great suggestions how you might help yourself. After seeing her, I always come home feeling good about myself.Great personality and so committed to her patients. I would recommended her to any of my family or friends.I always look forward to our time together.

My regular doctor is Dr. Smith, however I can never get in to see her (she's popular). However, in saying this, I've seen Dr. Mckenzie multiple times and an very happy with the level of care she provides. She's AWESOME!

NP Mckenzie was very patient and thorough. Sometimes with Drs visits I feel rushed like they're trying to get to their next patient quickly, but I did not get that vibe from NP Mckenzie. I felt like a priority and like she cared about my issues. I would definitely go to her again.

Most of my interaction was within the mobile app. That's how I got my appointment. I reached bc there were no available appointments and they scheduled it after I sent my message. I also got my xray results through the app and asked a follow up question. My provider responded to my question within the day. I think the app is VERY convenient.

You need more primary care docs in the Fullerton, CA office. It Takes months to see a Primary doctor for an in person visit so I resort to urgent care if needed. I saw nurse Donna the same day due to a cancellation. Overall service from this group of providers is excellent.

This was one of the best medical visits I have ever had! The provider thoroughly reviewed existing conditions, medications, current concerns, etc. She had all of my medical history available so she was well-informed. She also had easy-to-understand suggestions to help with my conditions. She even noticed a couple of tests that I was due for and I was able to have one test and one vaccination done right then, and was given referrals for two other issues.

I was surprised .This provider told me some things about myself (,eg.yhe palsy face ,the inflammation condition ) I've spent much time trying to explain and many just don't understand or won't believe me .Also since it was easy to speak with Dr .my sister said call & leave message I am reading and one condition now I believe is misdiagnosed ! I have bad throat spasms .My Good neurologist said ," dear your a little spastic " . Like oh well ,just deal a little .I have throat spasms bad . Many Drs call dysphagia ,then test say I don't have ( I just formally learned !!++ ) I do not have .I have throat spasms .I don't remember formal name yet but will learn .Thanks ,and terrible sounding I know ,but Dr Donna ,you were right now scabs come out left ear when it's wet ,cold sore shingle .I think based on feeling probably in throat and left lung too .Left side feels different ALWAYS .Thanks again, please keep taking care of me ,glad I found this office .Dr O ,Dr Smith have been nice helped a lot . Really appreciate Dr Donna easy to talk to seems like will be easy to work with
