She was very easy to talk with, listened to all my concerns and took action on all concerns I had and advised on additional checkups needed due to my age. I was extremely happy with my visit and plan on keeping her as my primary care team.

This was a pre op appointment, labs, ekg, chest xray. Plus she recommended an ear lavage for wax buildup in my ears. All accomplished as well as my foot surgery, recovering well. IT was nice to meet Dr. Chau.

Dr Chau was fantastic. I usually see Dr Malouf but I needed an earlier appt due to auth for meds. I would love to always see Dr Chau when Dr Malouf is not available. Thank you for such great service!!!

Wait times are very long for this provider. But service and quality of care is great.

Dr. Chau made me feel like I was truly heard and well taken care of. She listened to my concerns and my thought process, thoroughly evaluated my condition, and quickly identified it as an acute infection. She prescribed the appropriate medication right away, along with a topical treatment for my skin condition, which I really appreciated.She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and why my condition was happening, which helped me feel reassured and confident in the care I was receiving. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the visit.

I had never seen this provider before. She is excellent. Wasn't rushed and took all the time needed to answer my questions/concerns.

This doctor was not my assigned doctor but was available when I needed to make an appointment, as my assigned doctor was not available for a couple of months. That part is disappointing, but I like this new doctor so much that I would now like to make her my primary care doctor. She is young but very knowledgeable and personable.

This was my first time to have an appointment with Dr. Chau. My Primary Care doctor is Dr. Douglas Clark but he was not available and I needed to see a doctor sooner.Dr. Chau was excellent! I liked everything about her. If Dr. Clark is not available in the future, I would ask for Dr. Chau. Dr. Clark is still my first choice.
