On that day I had an anxiety and panic attack that hit just before my appointment which made it very hard to go into the office. I went in and was able to be seen by Dr Gevorkian. He was very nice and helped me to feel calmer and helped a little with the anxiety and panic feeling. He asked questions to distract me to take me out of the panic state partially. He spoke softy and was very helpful he said what I went in for was nothing to bad and that I did need to see a different type of doctor and he would get the referral started for that. I was able to ask a couple of questions that I honestly was afraid to ask but did and he answered and ordered blood work to make sure all was good. This started out to be a horrible visit but ended up being a good one. He really helped me and I really appreciate it. The front office lady was extremely nice and helped me so much. When I walked in she asked how I was doing all I good do was shake my head no, for not good. She gave me a hug and asked if I could be placed in a room until the doctor was ready for me. I was able to sit in a room where I was able to feel a bit safer because the anxiety and panic attack I was currently having. She kept coming in check on me to make sure I was good until the MA for the doctor was ready for me. I appreciate how kind and caring she is.

My experience starts as I entered the facility. Hospitality starts at the reception desk. They were informative . The questions were answered with kindness. They are experienced in there field. There was paperwork to be filled out before I could finish. The nurse was calling me for the examination room. The nurse was very professional and hospitality was driven. She proceeded with her part. Doctor arrived to room. The doctor listen explained and gave me my instructions. The entire time I was there I felt like I was part of providence family. To the team thank you for making my visit at ease
