The primary care doctor, David Boozer, was extremely knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns with patience. He did not jump too quickly to prescribe me medication and was completely honest. I felt very comfortable with him and would definitely come back for more care in the future with him. The only con would be with finding the location of the office within the building. Additional signage would be very helpful to navigate to the office.

I have been treating with this group for many years and though this was my first visit with this doctor, I was very pleased. I scheduled a follow-up physical and am looking forward to talking with him about the results of this next visit.

Dr. Boozer recommending physical therapy. This has helped my health issue. Pain in my left sided buttocks. Muscle with a pinched nerve affected. Will continue to maintain physical therapy exercises to relieve the pain.

This was the first time I have appointment with Dr. Boozer. I was very impressed on the care and professionalism of Dr. Boozer. He Immediately jumped on all my health questions, ordered blood tests and In less than 2 days, I received the needed prescription medicine to attack my issues, which I exposed to him. I feel confident having a Primary Doctor like he promised to be.

Dr. David L. Davis-Boozer entered the room well informed as to my medical history and current condition. He was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me. He Asked pertinent questions about my overall health and he listened. He seemed very happy to answer my questions and offered as much detail to his explanations as was necessary for me to understand. He also asked if I understood. I am not one to take a lot of medication and he was very good at discussing the effects of any medication as well as alternatives.
