I highly recommend Facey Medical Group. I came in with concerns about how I was feelin pain in my shoulders and on my left side and the response was immediate. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and caring. They quickly brought me into a room, listened to my concerns, and promptly checked my heart to make sure everything was okay.The customer service was excellent, and the doctors and nurses were professional, compassionate, and very reassuring. Everyone was present and responsive, which made me feel safe and well cared for. It was truly a great experience

Everything was great about the provider. She was sweet and compassionate. The only downside was the amount of time I have to wait for a mammogram. I have to wait until December and I'm a High risk patient.

The doctor was very thorough and had a very pleasant manner.

Doctor looked at her computer screen during appointment all the time. Never checked patient physically. Didn't really show interest. Not a good experience!

Primary care doctor cancelled scheduled appointment. I had waited seeing her knowing of this upcoming appointment. In rescheduling told next available date was in 5 months. Could not wait asked to see next available Doctor. I was very satisfied with my meeting with new physician. Listened to my concerns, ordered lab tests and explained reasons for issues.
