Dr Samoori is wonderful. It took 2 months to get in for a rather urgent question, that is my only drawback to the practice, it is very hard to schedule.

Dr. Rama Samoori is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She Is knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Even though this was the first time I visited her, I can tell she is very good.

Office experience is very good,

My provider is excellent. She is patient and very knowledgeable. However, she did forget to follow up on one important question I had, but I think it was really my fault because I forgot to bring it up too.

Dr Samorri is the best. I hope shes my PCP for the rest of my time living in this area

I always have pleasant visits during my appointments. The staff are friendly and responsive-they smile back when you greet them with a smile. Dr. Samoori thoroughly reviewed my records and took the time to address all of my concerns and requests. Generally go to family clinic for most non routine issues. Have only seen this doctor for two visits so still becoming acquainted. Granted I have a lot of issues so doctor doing her best to become familiar with them and Is graciously trying her hardest.

Clerical team was much better than in the past. Respectful, timely and responsive.

Overall care was good. The doctor was extremely pleasant to deal with. She took lots of time with me and I had a very good experience.

I asked about alternative care and as a DO I would expect her to have more information or thought but the only response was no comment. It was disappointing. I understand she can't know everything but if she even heard of benefits. She listened but not much responses
