I saw this provider for follow-up care for a life threatening brain injury and 6 weeks of hospitalization in England. The provider was not familiar with my condition but did not ask her senior M.D. For any consultation on my care, which I thought was to be expected when you see a N.P. She ordered imaging and other referrals but marked them all as "standard" instead of "urgent" and now 2 weeks out I still have not been able to schedule any referrals as they have not been processed. The imaging order needed to be changed as the local MRI was booked until October. Also I need to see a neurologist, but the doctor referred me to someone that she knew was booked for "months". My experience here was very bad bordering on dangerous. I have decided to switch to another provider in Providence and hopefully I receive better care.

A really helpful visit , first time I have met this provider, I was impressed and would like to use her again.

The provider is my new general practitioner. While I was in the appointment, an administrative snafu was remedied by the long term front desk person

This whole experience was a disaster. While they did squeeze me in for the appointment, it actually ended up causing more dischord for me than if I had not made it. It was made very clear to me that this office had no leadership, did not care about me, and was just going through the poorly prescribed motions. The provider was not only not helpful, she wanted me to prove my health problems to her, then did not follow through on the request that was the whole reason for my visit. She's probably a very nice person, but my experience with her left a bad taste.

My provider was not available for several weeks so I was referred to this provider. She was somewhat cold and seemed uninterested in my situation of wanting to have an xray for my sore back. She said I had an xray a few years ago and there was no need because what I explained sounded like a pulled/sore muscle in my back. She finally said she could refer me to physical therapy so I am going to do that. She never touched my back to see where the pain was and just listened to my heart a few times.

The provider spent too much time going through past medications that I was prescribed once (like antibiotics) instead of focusing on what I wanted to talk about. She commented, "this is the longest list of medications I have ever seen" which felt demeaning. She rushed me through the appointment and did not address other concerns I brought up. She also got up and left in a very obvious was that showed she didn't want me to ask any more questions or talk about my concerns. I would have been fine with her saying that I should schedule another appointment but she just left.

Doctor CHARYS Hayden Town was very thorough, very knowledgeable and absolutely very kind. All the men and women working at the receptionist area were absolutely fantastic. They all made me feel very welcome and that meant the world to me.

My provider this day did not have my past medical information. I have provided access to do this. She told me to go to front desk, and fill out paperwork. The receptionist asked my name, and pulled up my past records that my NP did not.This left me with a decreased level of confidence. My NP needs to learn how to pull up my records.This Is the reason I've ranked this visit so low.

I am extremely happy about this entire practice.

I do not normally see this care provider. My appointment was to follow up on the emergency room visit that I had earlier in the week. One of the first question out of the providers mouth was, "What are you doing about weight loss?" I was stunned. Not only was I not there for anything regarding weight loss, I am not interested in loosing weight at this time. My life is incredibly stressful at the moment as a single mom of two who works full time. I am happy with my weight for the moment and it is not effecting me negatively at this time. For this nurse to suggest that my weight Is something that needs to be treated without having any understanding of my situation or medical history Is a gross practice. Fortunately for her, my young daughter was in the room and I decided against making a scene. I hope this Is a learning lesson for her. Absolutely unacceptable.

Did not get info about my fall & trip to ER. She went over my records with me & ordered an X-ray. Lump on forehead is there. X-ray is for groin. Going back to another Dr for black & blue bump

This was a new-patient visit, and Charys listened to my current health issues as well as any history. She was able to get referrals and/or prescriptios for ongoing issues, and a blood test was requested for checking thyroid.

This was my first appointment with Charys and I found that she was respectful of my concerns, nonjudgmental, and efficient.

This was our first time meeting Charys and we were very pleased with her thoroughness and willingness to listen. We did not feel rushed. She seems like a very kind and caring person.

Chart Hayden nurse practitioner was very professional and easy to understand. Chart answered all my questions. She also filled out the paperwork I needed for my surgery. On my way out I received a copy of my paperwork to take to my surgeon. I would highly recommend her.

The provider listened to me about a trip to the emergency room and my involved history.

I originally had an appt scheduled with my PCP, but the PCP had to call out, so I got rescheduled with this provider, who did her best to address my concerns and review my history. She seemed very attentive, concerned, and knowledgeable. I wish it was easier to get appointments with my PCP so I didn't have to re-explain everything each time, and also so the new providers don't have to spend time reviewing my chart. That makes their jobs harder and continuity would be best. Thank you.

Medical provider Charys Hayden-Town is my new primary medical provider and she treated me amazingly well and professional. I feel fortunate that she is my new medical care provider. Thank you for being a great doctor!
