I saw this medical provider in Family Medicine, who is not in the usual medical practice that I use, simply because I could not get an appointment with any of my usual medical providers in the Internal Medicine department when it was clearly apparent that I needed prompt medical care for an infection. I received great help from this provider.

In the month the care I've received QV hospital and the doctors for follow up visits I feel the best I've felt in years, they made changes to my prescriptions along with O/P therapy

I've always received wonderful care of the staff and the physician I saw as while as the intern and especially the Nurse Practitioner

She's my new doctor first visit everything went well, no problems at all, I am very pleased with her, thank you.

My visits to Providence have all been good experiences.

With the exception of seeing a provider in a timely manner I am very happy with each provider

I am happy with all 3 providers I've seen. My only complaint is getting in to see one in a timely manner. I don't see a doctor or nurse practitioner unless I'm VERY concerned.

The staff ( receptionist, etc.) are especially friendly with a wonderful sense of humor. I was sorry to see Dr. Montenegro move to a different position but I thoroughly enjoyed being seen by NP JJ. She explained the intricacies of cholesterol; she also ordered a bone scan which has been done in ten years.

I saw this PA because an appointment wasn't available with my physician for several weeks and it a follow-up appointment after 6 days in the hospital with a life threading infection. The PA was excellent!!!

I was a new patient so scheduling was very difficult. I had to checked into ER before I could see JJ. I wished I was able to see her first so I didn't have to check in to ER. But everyone was so friendly and helpful and got the care I need during my appointment with JJ. Great and knowledgeable staff. I was very happy with my care.
