Well my arm had gone limp like it was paralyzed on a Monday had to lift it with my left hand Tuesday I seen a Dr and could move part of my arm and I had several reasons why this may have happened. He did what he could to check what I felt caused it but honestly since I had surgery on it I honestly think a MRI is necessary to see if my previous surgery has torn because it is day 5 and the most pain I have is in the two areas where my surgery was done. However I am to contact him if the pain doesn't subside in a week. Overall he was very nice and I felt very lucky to see him so quick.

Nothing bad related to the visit. I also like the communication via "My Chart". My only negative is the call in service. The telephone options don't always give the option of speaking to a person regarding a question.However, I am pleased with my health care provider.

This was my 1st telehealth visit. I had emailed a request for a test on [Date] to Dr. Le. I got a call from his assistant stating a telehealth appointment was set for me (within 10 min I think) that day. I was really surprised but very happy that he could actually talk to me that day. He carefully listened to my concerns about side effects of medications. I also had another health concern that I had not emailed him but asked him about that also. He scheduled another telehealth followup visit for me.

I would follow Dr.Le to any practice or health care group. He has very good bed side manners. I love that he takes the time to listen and explain. In today's world where providers ego prevent them from caring about their patients or whats going on with their parents,he is a rare find. He reminds me of the old providers back in the 90s and early 2000s. He is also my husband's provider because to me he is one of the best providers that providence has.

I liked Dr.Le, he was easy to talk to about any concerns I had.

Dr. Le is very patient, listens to you and he's never in a hurry to leave the room. He makes sure you understand what he is trying to give/get you to make you feel healthier. I haven't had a doctor like that in a long time.
