I have good experience with my provider. Dr Kwan is thorough for my yearly physical check up but the only thing I wish Dr Kwan would do is do a Pap smear also.

I had to wait for 45 min to be seen and had to wait three weeks out for scheduled appointment with the provider that was not very helpful. The doctor listened to concerns ordered lab work and suggested medication to resolve health concerns. I was very disappointed.

My care provider has patience's and understood my concerns was eager to make sure she explained everything. She's very kind pleasant and made my office visit comfortable. The first time I've met a Doctor who listens to her patients and takes her time. Dr Kristi Kwan is an asset to Saint Joesph's medical team of Doctors.
