My experience has always been great with my provider. She's very attentive and cares for my concerns and addresses them right away.

Happy to have found Dr. Kwan as a provider. Prior to her I struggled finding a physician and because of the I would avoid seeking care. Dr. Kwan has changed that and I feel comfortable reaching out to her for all my healthcare needs and concerns. Dr Kwan listens, answers questions, and addresses concerns with professionalism.

Dr. Kwan listens carefully to all of my questions and concerns and provides expert advice and makes the necessary referrals for bloodwork, and other procedures during the visit and gets approval of my referrals in an efficient and quick manner. She is such an excellent health provider that I referred her to my best friend- my wife!

First time visit, there was a lot of typing going on,not to many questions for me, listend to my heart and that was it. My previous doctor spent more time and covered various areas with me, I left without going over a few things, it felt like there was a bit of disconnect, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I have had better especially with my previous doctor.

Very easy to talk to and amazing communication online after seeing blood tests in sending messages to me.

The doctor was very patient and kind.She did an exam to see where the pain was coming from. And I prescribed the ultrasound tests to be done sooner.

I started seeing Dr. Kristi Kwan at her Orange office on Chapman after my annual labs came back with elevated blood pressure and prediabetes. I was expecting a quick prescription and a lecture. Instead, she sat down and walked through my actual numbers, what they meant, and what we could change first without medication. She set a clear plan for blood pressure monitoring at home.

I am a new patient with this doctor as my primary care doctor retired last year She was professional, friendly, courteous and attentive to my health history and present needs.

Dr. Chrissy was OK she wasn't really warm and I don't think she will understood the pain that was having But that's OK. I had the pain for another couple weeks. I'll just go to my doctor next time if I can get in if not, I'll go to the hospital.

I have good experience with my provider. Dr Kwan is thorough for my yearly physical check up but the only thing I wish Dr Kwan would do is do a Pap smear also.
