I'm disappointed that they did not take my blood pressure or other vital signs. An annual physical should include vital measurements.

This provider is readily available to answer any questions and is very respectful.

I just happened to get this appointment as someone had canceled one. Otherwise, it would have been 2 months!!!!! She was way behind schedule, and didn't hardly give me a glance as to see my injuries. Just said, get an x-ray. Then I asked how long it take to heal, she said athletic people would just power through the pain.

Dr. Kreng is the best. She takes the time to ensure all my questions are answered and provides me with great informative responses. She's very thorough and friendly.

I explained to Dr Virany Kreng that I had been diagnosed with a heart condition and I needed a referral to cardiology as I had been seeing a cardiologist in my previous location. She was reluctant to refer me to cardiology and I basically had to beg. I will never go back to this DR.

After reviewing referral information in line with wellness care and medical history, I spoke with the doctor regarding pain and discomfort I was having and they provided a requisition to review the cause of the pain/discomfort. However, during the visit the doctor made a diagnosis about this health condition prior to them receiving and reviewing the actual findings/results and suggested that I would only have the pain/discomfort for a week. It did appeared that my pain/discomfort was not a concern to the doctor.

Very good experience with this Doctor. She was very professional.

She lectured me about information that does not pertain to me. Also, she was giving me information contradictory to what my previous doctor told me. She was backing up what she told me with research studies, but they were not fully accurate when I was reading papers on my own. Lastly, she was not that personable.

Blew me off on anything I said was happening with me such as a tremor in my hand and asked if it could be related to my antidepressant. Everything I asked she blew me off. I felt so discouraged leaving there.

Feels like you're going in circles trying to get answers to questions. Standard responses given that don't answer the question. Dr defers a lot to other drs

Dr. Kreng is great! She would give me her honest input/opinion and it is greatly appreciated. As a patient, you'd want a doctor who doesn't sugar coat things and gives you the truth.

The front office was fine. The doctor was backed up so they asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I said no and that I could wait. Then there was confusion about if I had gotten an X-ray that they had not asked me to get. Then when I finally got into see the doctor, she seemed very indifferent and just kind of off. I've never had this with your anyone from offices before. I won't go back to this doctor again.

Office staff were excellent keeping me informed as to delay with appointment time. Understand and realize it was nearing the end of a busy day. I was offered reschedule if needed but chose to wait and grateful Dr could see me. Everyone worked together and appreciate Dr.s attention to issue. Thank you so much for being so caring and courteous.

She didn't even check on never been for almost 2 years she didn't order anything blood text or mammograms she was in harry I was surprise this time
