I always have had great experiences at Providence

So appreciate Kim taking my daughter on as a patient,and squeezing her in to provide consultation on an acute back problem that couldn't wait until her scheduled primary care appointment a month from now. Unfortunately, the front office was not helpful in that area, refused to entertain an appointment before daughter had her establishment of care visit. Had to direct message Kim to ask if it was possible, and it was.

This appointment was my introduction to my new provider after my long-time GP retired. I was very happy with my new provider.

This was my first visit, to establish care, so I do not have a ton of feedback to offer. However I found my provider helpful and receptive, and I felt like she took the time to listen to my concerns.

This was the first time that I was seen by Kimberly Casarotti and she was very compassionate and understood my concerns. She scheduled a blood test and did a urinalysis and then we had a phone conversation after the results were In and reassured me that all was well. She was great!

Kim is very compassionate and listens to my concerns without judgement or criticism. I'm notorious for not taking the best care of myself but she approaches my care with a "moving forward" attitude which I appreciate. The receptionist who checked me in wasn't super friendly but that seems to be status quo for any office these days. The MA was very kind as was the person who checked out my visit and made my follow up. Great experience over all.

Kim is knowledgeable, professional, always pleasant and shows genuine concern at all of my appointments with her. A number of months ago I had a severe body rash that was extremely itchy and difficult to determine the cause. At one point she even called me at home to see how I was doing. That was so kind and appreciated - and rare these days.

I had changed providers because I wasn't really feeling heard. Kim not only heard me but took charge in steering me toward a solution. I really appreciated her direct, respectful approach.

Kim Cassorotti is a great provider. She definitely cares, listens & spends enough time with you to understand your condition. But, IF you need immediate care you have to wait too long. Going to the ER is not an option when it's really not an emergency....
