Dr. Michelle are a great doctor, She's very professional in her profession she knows what to do first in my case. And she take care of what I need like: She ordered MRI, Hearing Test and to see pain management Doctor.

It was my first visit with Dr. Saegh. I was hoping she could refer me to a specialist for my perimenopause symptoms, but that was not the case. However, she did give me a list of OBGYN providers. She seemed kind and answered my questions.

The doctor didn't have the best bedside manner. She did seem knowledgeable though, but I honestly got the impression she dislikes her job.

Sometimes there's a long wait to get someone to make an appointment. I would say if I have to be on hold for 15 minutes or longer. But my care has always been good. I feel my doctor and nurse practitioner are kind and caring, and office staff are always friendly.

During my visit, Care Provider listened and provided guidance on my health concerns. Overall, positive visit!

This provider stood by the door for almost all of the visit. She never came within 4 feet of me even though I had to take my shoe off to show her my issue. She then pushed me off to specialty providers and quickly left the room.

I really do not see doctors on a regular bases, as I am in good health. My provider she is very good at explaining things to me.

I'm blessed to have Dr. Saegh and her team as my health advocates and support. Everyone in her office is organically kind. Dr. Saegh herself is hands down the best primary care physician I've encountered in my 60+ years. She's an active listener and has steered me into a healthier lifestyle based on our visits together. She listens to learn and is clear and kind with her bedside manner. I won the lottery having her as my Doctor. (I'm trying to convince my wife to switch to her)
