Doctor Shen is lovely and really took time to help us create a plan together. I see like she really listens to me. And we worked back-and-forth to create a plan to improve my health. It does seem if my referrals are not within Providence that the doctor's don't seem aware of the results of those referrals.

My experience with Dr. Shen and her staff was wonderful, they are all so nice and helpful. I referred my boss to Dr. Shen to use as her primary physician and she relocated to California and is looking for a primary physician.

They have always had my health issues as their number one issue to take care of and made me feel they were interested in my health issues.

Regarding the appointment in mind ,this was the first time in many years I have ever had to wait more than 15 minutes for my doctor to see me while I waited in her exam room. She is always good about coming in within 5-8 minutes and is always happy to see me.

I have a great doctor (Dr Shen) who really is concerned for her patients and their needs. She intently listens and gives great suggestions for our health. She was pivotal to me when my mother passed away in 2021 who was also one of her patients. She knew of my mom's decline, and I kept her abreast when she went in the hospital. She was empathetic to my needs and called me to give condolences once she was informed of her passing. She was a beacon of hope during that painful time. Blessed for a doctor who cares for her patients.

Dr Shen and her team has been very responsive to my medical needs. I appreciate it greatly.

My last visit was an annual wellness visit. I felt that Dr. Shen was very thorough in her exam and was up to date on everything, including immunizations. She also adjusted my diabetes medication because my A1c was elevated. I have not had any bad experiences related to my care provider.

Been with Dr Shen for many years. I must say that my recent visit was probably the best ever. She listened to my medical update and how my recent surgery has made me more positive on life. I appreciate the time she took to really show her concern about my weight gain and to help me take control.

Doctor is very good! However, receiving an appointment is hard-need to wait a few months.
