Doctor as soon as she walked in and seen me in a wheelchair she looks and lifts her shoulders and ask what is wrong!! When it was obvious that my right foot e sent me downstairs for an X-ray came back up and no fracture gave me a boot but didn't explain to me at all what and what I can't do, how long I lm suppose to war the boot and when I should I have it on or not!

Dr. Athena Andersen and her staff are terrific! Dr. Andersen always answers all my questions in a clear and concise way. She is friendly and kind. When I leave her office, I always feel that I have had a visit with a best friend who I hope will be in my life always.

I have been seeing Dr Athena Andersen for over 10 years, the quality/quantity of her care has been great. The problem I've had is my ability to get an in person appt with her in less than 3 months. I choose to take video visits many times or I go to Urgent Care. She and her staff have gotten better at responding to MyChart inquiries and prescription refills which is great. I hope I never have to wait three(3) months to see her in person in the future.

Dr. Anderson is very attentive when I am speaking and have questions she definitely Quality time with me. She's always helpful when I call and response ASAP. She's always looking out for my well-being and is very helpful when I need assistance to see other medical personnel. I'm truly grateful that she is my primary caregiver.

I love Dr. Andersen. She always takes the time with me, which is, in my opinion, unusual for a doctor. I have not made all my appointments for tests she wants done, which is why I said "fair" to the question about making the appointments. Everyone I've ever interacted with at St. Joe's has been fantastic.
