I absolutely love Dr Bach and the entire St. Joseph team. I've been seeing her for about 15 yrs now and have referred her to others, who have also recommended her to people they know. I feel like she does a great job of balancing the medical/technical side with empathy and genuine care for her patients. She explains things in a way that are easy to understand and truly is such a gem! My only complaint about services is that I miss being able to get my bloodwork done at that location. I was referred to LabCorp for that (this was a few mos back), and the appts were booked out several weeks and it was a somewhat time sensitive situation. I went as a walk-on and waited almost 2.5 hrs (which included their lunch break). The staff there seemed stressed and not super friendly, while the people waiting were upset and some were outright rude. It is what it is, but not the best situation.
