The receptionist was kind and patient with the info I needed to complete . This was my first visit. Dr. Kalpathii was caring about what I felt I was In need of. She was great and concerned that I received the best care. This was very good appointment and I'm very pleased I choose Facey. Good reassuring appointment.

Everything went smoothly and great. The doctor was very into my health and letting me know the different things to do and for me to get some lab work done and other work to be seen by specialist.

This was my first visit to this doctor office, it was a very good experience the front office staff was helpful and attentive, health care team including the doctor were attentive & caring. The lab provider that took my blood was excellent I have difficult veins and she was able to draw blood on the initial poke. Thank you

As a person that has white coat syndrome. And has had a pretty lengthy battle with IBD. And currently on prednisone tapering. I had extreme anxiety going into this appointment. My doctor not only is a professional in the sense of how to approach their patients, she's also extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. Well-versed, knows how to read the room, and is empathetic beyond all I have experienced beforehand. I am without a doubt, extremely happy. And goodness, willing, she stays my doctor in the long run.

My new primary Dr was very nice as well as the lady that did my labs. The only person NOT friendly was the lady that checked me in. I am a brand new patient and kept trying to speck to her nice but she was so mean. So much so I didn't want to go back. But the Dr and lady who did my blood work were SO NICE I will go back to this office

I was impressed with the fact that I heard every word as I am hearing impaired and this is not always true. She speaks distinctly and does not run words together. It Inspires trust.

When I couldn't get an appointment as soon I wanted it, within 1 hour her PA asked if I could come in the next day to start especially since it would be a first appointment with her & Dr Kalpathi. I was thrilled about this arrangement and was appreciative of a full hour office visit.

Dr. Kalpathi was attentive & went through all my past medical history at the Facey's.

This was my first visit to establish care. Every interaction from the moment I walked into the building from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the physician overall great experience happy to have found a primary care doctor that I feel comfortable with.

`Dr Kalpathi was Great!!!When scheduling appointments and getting into referral Drs: The scheduling lady was rude and made seeing a Gastro was met with her comments of "you just have bloating" she was making a medical conclusion and push me out over 6 months to see a Dr. Plus she said, "you have a PPO and can go anywhere you want". I had to go to UCLA that saw me immediately. I feel you have a big problem with your scheduling personnel.

This physician is extremely compassionate, explains medical conditions so they're easily understood and spent a lot of time to be sure all of my questions were answered. She really helped put my mind at ease. I'm very fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

The doctor and nurses were excellent. Although the front desk clerks handled things efficiently, they came across as unfriendly and abrupt.

It was the best visit I have had. The provider was courteous, listened, provided quick and good answers and even after all of the time I took still asked if I had any other questions or concerns. Great provider! Also, I had blood drawn and the tech was so sweet Ala sincere. Also the front staff were amazing.

I would like to say my care provider was recommended by my previous care provider for reasons of retirement this past year. Meeting my new care provider and speaking with her at my last appointment was very pleasant, professional and felt easy. I have full confidence in her as my new care provider and look forward to future visits/appointments.

This was my first appointment with Dr Kalpathi. I'm glad she will be my new primary care doctor. Previous had a doctor out of the Facey/Providence network. Dr Kalpathi was kind, thorough and listened to my concerns. She answered all my questions. Reception area, lab and exam room worked like clockwork. Very efficient.
