Wendy Mercedo my nurse practitioner was great. Easy to talk to, made me feel at ease.

Wendy was extremely gentle and tactful while removong my Grandmother's dead fingernail.

The office staff is great. The 2 providers I have seen so far are great and have listened to my concerns, what's needed.

Ms. Macedo is excellent as PCP, had a lot compasion with the pt. Thank you, Ms. Macedo.

I needed a tetnes shot in the arm. I poke myself with a dirty nail.

I had phoned for appointment for new PCP and couldn't get an appointment until Three weeks. I had just been released from St Joseph Provenance hospital . About 2 hours later Wendy called me asking ig I could see her the following day. I WAS THRILLED!! The next day she carefully listened to my saga and provided invaluable information. She gave me full attention using special equipment to record my information.

Wendy was very thorough. Second time seeing her and she was excellent both times.

She was very kind and thoughtful. Listened patiently and was respectful. My only negative is she didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and didn't seem to know enough about the condition. I felt like she just gave the easy answer and my condition needed more deeper digging. That's why I went in. I already knew what it was and what to do about it. I wanted to know why it was flaring so frequently and all she could tell me was what it was and what to do about it. Which I already knew

It was a good experince. I received the care I needed and was listened to about everything I came in for.

This was the first time that I had an appointment with Wendy.She was very helpful and listened. I feel thst She took time for me.

Wendy was very thorough & asked good questions. She thought I should see a GI doctor & have a pelvic US which made me feel like someone cared about my pain getting worse.

My primary care provider was not available, so I saw the Nurse Practioner. She was wonderful, caring and spent more time with me about any of my concerns. I was very happy with my experience with Wendy.

This last visit was helpful. I voiced my concerns regarding some health issues and they were all addressed.

She was very polite, and was very attentive to why I was there. She looked at my chart and was very thorough with me. She was able to give me a referral to a specialist. Wendy was great and would definitely use her If my regular PC was unavailable.

N.P. Was extremely friendly. She listened very well . I need a referral for a Echo test that is being requested by my work doctor in order for them to sign off on my D.OT. Medical card for work . Hopefully I can get an approval and appointment, as soon as possible.

Wendy is great to work with and is really good at providing patient education with a sense of genuine care.

Ms. Macedo had a lot compassion with me. She is excellent provider. One of the lab staff was very rude with me after complaint that the tourniquet was very painful over my skin . I understand that is necessary that the tourniquet needs to do good pressure, but if the tourniquet is rolled up, and loses the shape is very hurtful.

Wendy was the first person I have seen at Facey. She was caring, very attentive and made sure my concerns were addressed

It's always a great experience with the medical staffs when I visit Facey.
