Very helpful and took great care of me

Although obviously very busy in urgent care the morning I was there, Dr Sarachek took the time to review my records, do a focused exam, and come up with a possible diagnosis of diverticulitis (first time). I left with an order for STAT imaging and a prescription. My diagnosis was verified by phone call from Dr Sarachek right after I completed imaging that same day. Because I was able to start treatment immediately, my recovery has been smooth. I'm so grateful to Dr Sarachek and all the kind and helpful staff.

The offices were clean and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Saracek spent a lot of time discussing my health, medications I am taking, referral for tests, suggesting a different brand of medication I am taking which might work better. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his care

I loved how easy it was to get some immediate attention at the urgent care on Wilson Boulevard with Providence in Santa Monica. I saw somebody quickly the facility was clean, the doctor seemed thorough. The staff was great and efficient, and Parking was easy.

For this specific injury, I decided to come here because I was treated at this facility in the past and was very satisfied with the care. For this one, IThought the secondary layer of providers like the assistant was much more present and caring - with a good "bedside manner ", although I was sitting in a wheelchair- than the primary care provider. The primary care giver was not by any means uncaring; it was just that he was busy, and therefore the assistant didn't spend more time with me on the day of the visit. Nevertheless, the primary care provider is professional and informative. I am now trying to heal at home and am checking the online portal for any follow-up instructions or messages, but I have yet to hear from the leading provider, and it has been more than the allotted time I should wait.

Urgent Care doc was very good

Good experience. The provider did numerous tests for my emergency visit regarding abdominal pains including x-rays, IV due to dehydration, tylenol for fever, etc. All staff easy to talk to. Providence St John's is the emergency hospital I'd recommend to anyone.

He was very friendly and took his time to list listen to me, but he didn't seem to care much to resolve my issue !
