It was my first visit. I moved to the US recently, so I didn't have other visits within 3 months to compare with. My benchmark for service quality here was the same kind of service in Hong Kong.

The appointment was an initial consultation to establish patient care with Dr. Hak as my primary care physician. During the visit, Dr. Hak was professional, courteous and also attentive to questions I asked. He also scheduled a follow up appointment in August for an "annual" wellness physical check. I would rate my experience with the initial visit with the doctor and office staff as positive.

I was extremely pleased to meet with and discuss my medical needs and care with Dr. Hak. This was my introductory visit and I found Dr. Hak to be genuine, respectful, and interested in all aspects of my medical conditions. He provided advice which was very useful and indicated that he had listened carefully to my statements. Dr. Hak's manner was warm and practical and made it easy for me to provide information. He was kind to ask if I had any further concerns or questions which had not yet been addressed.

Dr. Hak is amazing....he's always there for myself and my family. He also truly cares. The other plus is that he's been around for so long that he knows what's reality since he's seen so many things over the years so he knows what works and what doesn't work. My family feels the same way. He's a 10 out of 10 to us...:) You guys are so fortunate to have him on the team ! Plus the entire staff is made up of all "A" players...
