Dr. Hak is a superb practitioner and supports my health in a way that provides direct medical intervention and useful advisement. I recently saw him for a new and specific problem. I was seen immediately and received important information, prescribed a valuable medication with explanation, and was given a follow up appointment. Dr. Hak provided a plan for continued evaluation and discussion of possible necessary further referral and/or treatment. He listened carefully to my symptoms and responded to my concerns and questions thoroughly and with empathy and respect. I am very grateful for his care.

I like my provider and for the most part have always had good experiences. I don' like that my results are never sent in laymen terms, and that nobody from the office calls or emails me to let me know what they mean. That is my biggest complaint.

This is only my 2nd visit to Dr. Hack, and I brought my 15yr old son this time, for his 1st visit with Dr. Hack. I've only been twice, and both times were for annual wellness visits, one year apart. During the year in between the 2 visits, I never had a need to call this provider for anything. Both times seeing Dr. Hack were very informative and thorough. I was able to ask a lot of questions, and he very patiently and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with my care from Dr. Hack!

I received immediate care for a recent experience with abdominal pain. Dr. Hak was clearly concerned with gaining pertinent information regarding my condition and history. He was interactive, listening carefully and asking necessary questions. Dr. Hak was clinically efficient and personally reassuring, guiding my next steps for diagnosis and possible treatment. He performed tests to rule out the need for emergency care and explained all procedures.Dr. Hak is a warm and communicative physician in whom I have great confidence. He emphasized the advisability of follow up visits subsequent to further specialist care. I am fortunate to be under the care of such an experienced and diligent doctor.

Dr Hak is awesome. He has been my primary doctor to myself and wife for many many decades. He truly is our family doctor. He is like family and truly cares about our well being. Also having years of experience is a major benefit. Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr hak other than we are extremely grateful to have him in our lives for so long.
