Excellent Provider.

He had a buzzer when the buzzer went off the visit was over period

He is kind, attentive, courteous, and professional. I am extremely happy to have Dwayne listed as my primary care provider. Additionally I can always get an appointment to see him in I am unwell in betweenRegular wellness visits.

This was my first time to see this provider, but I liked him and felt that he took the time that I needed to have my questions answered and discuss my health issues.

I came from a PCP that would not listen to me and mis-diagnosed a medical issue. Dwayne Yee is the opposite he is thorough, completely reviews my historical records, listens to what I have to say, and overall is a fantastic PCP!

I was surprised I was able to get in so soon with my doctor being out of town, I was able to see this nurse practitioner and he was very professional and assisted me with my situation.

This was my first appointment with Providence and this facility. The primary facility in downtown Santa Rosa is convenient for the provider but not necessarily the patient. The facility at 2323 Bethards in Santa Rosa is delightfully accessible.

I have been struggling with health complex health issues for the past 4 years and have not found any relief due to providers I have gone to previously. Duane Yee is the first provider I've seen that was prepared for our appointment, knowledgeable in my health history, answered all my questions and concerns, and provided a plan and solutions to my current situation. I feel cared for by my provider for the first time and am so glad I chose Dr Yee as my primary care provider.
