Fam B. LaBouff, PAC

Fottfam (Fam) Baguio LaBouff is a Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine. She earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, as well as a B.A. in Sociology with an honors thesis focused on the Sociology of Healthcare, from the University of California, Davis. In 2010, Fam moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she earned a Master’s in Medical Science and a Master’s in Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University. Fam began her career as a Physician Assistant with the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health, where she spent 8.5 years providing primary care to a diverse patient population. Her clinical interests and experience include the management of diabetes, hypertension, anticoagulation, and sexually transmitted infections. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fam also contributed to public health education campaigns, supporting efforts to provide patients and communities with accessible, accurate health information. Fam is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered care. Her approach is grounded in building trusting relationships with her patients and creating a healthcare experience in which they feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate in their care. She is committed to approaching each patient with empathy and without judgment while tailoring care to their individual needs, values, and circumstances.
