Tabitha Paull, NPC

This was a visit to establish a new provider relationship after transferring care. Ms. Paull impressed me with her listening skills, professional and calm demeanor, and the fact that she actually heard me and didn't blow me off.

She was very interested in getting a correct diagnosis which is important to me. Her knowledge base will improve with more time. No one can know everything.

I am a brand new patient. I have new insurance and I'm brand new to the Santa Rosa area. I am absolutely impressed with Tabitha. She spent a good amount of time going over my medical history. I had a lot of questions and she answered them very clearly. Most importantly, I felt like she understood me and heard my opinion about my health. She offered care to me, but was not insistent or demanding. I feel like I found a partner in my healthcare and that has been missing for a very long time. It was really impressed with Tabitha and you should be too. You are lucky to have her and I will say that everybody in the building was so nice polite, professional, and nice to be around this was a really great experience for me and I can only hope that all of this continues.

Tabitha is the physician's assistant, but seemed to be knowledgeable and thorough in her diagnosis and discussion of my questions. She was very patient, as I had many questions.
