Heidi was great-this was my first visit with her. Very respectful and easy to talk with. The nurse who took my vitals and the blood draw was also excellent.

Would recommend for simple issues, not so much for complex. Front office went above and beyond when they noticed my online appointment was scheduled too far away for something that needed immediate care and got me a closer appointment with a PA. Heidi was great but seemed like there was a disconnect with my history. There wasn't quite enough time and she went out of her way to make sure I had a follow up soon scheduled. I have felt like the doctors I've been seeing for this issue in Providence have told me they can't help me and left it hanging there. Heidi, refreshingly, told me the short term and longer term plans and possibilities. Very grateful for Heidi's care, I was otherwise getting ready to seek second opinions outside of Providence.
